Online Auction Guidelines

• All Customers who wish to Pay Cash MUST sign up for the auction IN OFFICE, BEFORE 11:00 A.M. the day of the auction
• Final registration is 1 Hour prior to the end of the auction (11:00 a.m.)
• Bidding closes at @12:01 PM on the day of the auction.
• There is an in-person vehicle auction PREVIEW 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.(Day Before Auction.) Only Registered Bidders are allowed in the auction yard.
• Proper documentation for bidding is required. You must have a valid Drivers License or government-issued ID, military IDs are not accepted. (MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO BID)
• A $100 cash deposit or online credit card deposit is required to bid.
• The $100 non-negotiable deposit, will be applied towards the balance owed of the auction bid and is 100% refundable if no purchase is made.
• Resellers' permit must be submitted AT LEAST 24 hours prior to auction close.
• All winning bidders will be notified via text/e-mail or telephone, payment will be required to pick up your paperwork and vehicle on the day of the auction, 1 hour after closing.
• Successful bidders who fail to pay by 4 P.M. the day of the auction, are in default & forfeit their bid, as well as the $100 deposit, and are banned from future auctions. 6 months minimum.
• If the vehicle comes with keys, we will notify you.
• All vehicles must be removed from the property before 5 P.M. the day of the auction unless otherwise Pre-arranged with management.
• All Credit Card Payments will be subject to a 3.5% CC Fee.
• Face Coverings & Social Distancing Regulations are Required.
• Auction vehicles are sold as is. No warranty is expressed or implied.
• Burns Towing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any persons or business. Anyone causing a disturbance, or not abiding by auction rules, must vacate the property immediately.

NOTICE: DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, everyone attending the auction must either be vaccinated or wear a face covering. All participants must remain at least 6 feet apart and follow local guidelines.

The auction list is subject to change until the day of the auction. Please, do not contact the office to see if specific vehicles are still in the auction if you are not the registered owner.
